The President expresses his appreciation to Sigvards Kļava

On December 13, the State President Egils Levits expressed appreciation to the artistic director and conductor of the Latvian Radio Choir, professor of Jāzeps Vītols Academy of Music of Latvia, chief conductor of the Song Festival, Sigvards Kļava.
